Freezing Point

Today grade 5 students learned about the ways in which change of state occurs. We discussed ideas such as boiling point, melting point and freezing. Then we tested some every day liquids to see how they froze in comparison to one another. We were shocked to learn that shampoo freezes but oil does not!
